What you can write to us about
- A correction. A park fee that has changed, a track washed out, a flight route dropped, a name misspelt: tell us which page and what you saw on the ground. The correction is made and the page's last-updated date is changed.
- A destination to cover. The site expands region by region; suggestions from travellers and Malagasy tourism professionals shape the order.
- A trip-planning question. Season, order of stops, realistic driving times: we answer as far as our knowledge goes, with nothing to sell you.
- A photo attribution matter. Authors of images published under Creative Commons licences can ask for a credit to be corrected or an image removed (see Photo credits); such requests are handled within 72 hours.
Transport quote requests
For a car with driver, a 4x4, a minibus or a simple airport transfer, use the dedicated form instead: it collects what is needed upfront (dates, itinerary, number of travellers) and gets you a faster answer.
Response time
Expect two to five days as a rule. Power and network cuts are frequent in Madagascar, so a slightly longer wait is not a brush-off: do follow up if you have heard nothing after a week.
